Eligibility for cancellation 

You should process the cancellation of the Order can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. 

Process of Cancellation: 

• Please contact our customer care at support@cncllc.online to seek cancellation. Kindly include the reason for the cancellation alongside your order number.
• After receiving your request, we will check the status of your order. If the order has not been shipped and is within the eligible cancellation period, we will proceed with the cancellation.
• We will start a refund to your original mode of payment if your order is canceled and eligible for cancellation. However, how long it will take to reflect the amount on your account totally depends on the payment mode. 
• In case your order is dispatched, you are not eligible for cancellation. However, you can process a refund; refer to our return policy to do so.
